Our patented 3D creator is an optical IR measurement and tracking system. With three CCD cameras in the optical sensor, the coordinates and motion vectors of the active infrared light emitting diodes on the probe are recorded in real time. Then our software can simulate and optimize the robot motion, detect if there is any collision between robot and workpiece, and eventually generate executable firmware for robot ‐ it can be any robot from mainstream robot providers like FUNAC, KUKA. This revolutionary invention can simplify the robot programming in a dramatic manner, and hence we were awarded with the Robotics Award at the Hannover Fair 2012.
